1. Acceptance of Terms

Access to Honira is conditioned on acceptance of this agreement. When a person installs, opens, registers for, or utilizes the application, that activity signals assent to the terms stated here and to any policies referenced within them.

This document has legal effect. Anyone who is not prepared to follow these conditions should discontinue access immediately and refrain from further interaction with the platform.

2. Service Description

Honira provides a digital platform centered on outfit inspiration, visual content sharing, and AI-assisted creative presentation. The application may include community features, user-generated posts, profile functions, content discovery tools, and image-related enhancements or transformations.

The Service is subject to ongoing development. Features may be revised, replaced, restricted, interrupted, or removed in whole or in part. Availability may differ by device, region, account status, technical conditions, moderation needs, or business decisions.

No promise is made that any portion of the Service will remain available forever, operate without interruption, or continue in its current form.

3. User Responsibilities & Conduct

Use of the platform is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years old. By creating an account or accessing the application, the user represents that this age requirement is satisfied.

Lawful and respectful participation is mandatory at all times. A user must not:

• engage in unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or fraudulent activity;
• harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, or impersonate another person or entity;
• upload or transmit malware, malicious code, automated scripts, or content designed to interfere with the Service;
• attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, or related infrastructure;
• post content that infringes another party’s rights or violates applicable law;
• circumvent moderation tools, safety controls, or account restrictions.

Each account holder is responsible for activity that occurs through their account credentials and for maintaining the confidentiality of login information. Prompt notice should be given if unauthorized access or a security concern is suspected.

Failure to comply with these standards may lead to content removal, feature restrictions, account suspension, permanent removal from the platform, or referral to appropriate authorities where necessary.

4. Intellectual Property

Honira, including its software, interface design, branding, text, visual layout, code, and other non-user materials, is owned by the developer or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Users receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access and use the application for its intended personal purpose. This permission does not transfer ownership of any part of the Service.

Except where applicable law clearly permits otherwise, users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, adapt, frame, scrape, decompile, reverse engineer, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works from the application or its underlying technology without prior written authorization.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is supplied on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer disclaims all warranties and representations, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

This includes, among other things, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, or results obtained from use of the platform. The developer does not guarantee that the application will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, the developer and its affiliates, officers, personnel, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential losses arising out of or related to the use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Service.

This exclusion applies even if a potential loss was foreseeable or a remedy does not fulfill its essential purpose. Covered categories include loss of profits, loss of revenue, lost opportunities, data loss, content loss, device damage, reputational harm, and business interruption.

Where a jurisdiction does not permit certain liability exclusions, liability will be limited to the narrowest extent available under that jurisdiction’s law.

7. Account Termination

Access to the platform may be suspended, limited, or ended at any time if conduct appears inconsistent with these Terms, creates risk for other users, affects platform integrity, or exposes the developer to legal or operational harm.

Action may be taken without prior notice where circumstances warrant immediate intervention. Removal of content, disabling of features, or closure of an account may occur temporarily or permanently.

Users remain free to stop using Honira whenever they choose. Discontinuing use does not automatically eliminate obligations that arose before access ended.

8. Terms Modification

From time to time, this agreement may be revised to reflect product changes, legal developments, safety practices, or business needs. When an updated version is posted, it becomes the governing version as of the stated effective date unless a different timing is specifically indicated.

Users should check this page periodically. Accessing or continuing to utilize the Service after revised terms take effect indicates acceptance of the updated conditions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms will be interpreted under the laws applicable to the operator of Honira, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would require the application of another jurisdiction’s laws.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy connected to the Service or this agreement should first be raised through written notice sent to the contact email below, allowing a reasonable opportunity for informal resolution. If a matter cannot be resolved informally, it shall be handled in the courts of competent jurisdiction associated with the operator’s principal place of business, unless mandatory law requires another forum.
